We offer flat rate international shipping via Chunghwa Express or USPS Priority International to most countries around the world. The service is determined by receiving location. The below rates do NOT include duties and taxes and delivery times are estimated. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and delays may occur if your item is inspected by customs. The rates are for the first unit only and multiple units may increase shipping costs.

  • To clean your CYCOP bag, please use a damp cloth and mild detergent to spot clean.

  • Afterwards, hang dry outdoors or in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.

  • Do not machine wash your bag because this can lead to damage and shrinkage.

  • Do not put it in a wet place because this can lead to damage and rust.

 

Returns

Standard Return Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted on faulty item(s) reported within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received it.

  • All returns must be unused and received in its brand new, original condition (including hangtags and original packaging).

  • All refunds will be credited to the original payer and original form of payment.

  • Allow 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.

  • We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our policy requirements.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly on www.cycop-life.com can be returned to us. CYCOP products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

 

Warranty

CYCOP guarantees the quality and performance for ONE-year warranty from the date of purchase.

For evaluation, please contact us at info@cycop-life.com. We will provide you with a warranty claim form and the necessary information on how to send your product to us.

  • Products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
  • If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
  • If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the product returned becomes CYCOP's property.
  • Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • We will assess whether your product is likely to be covered under our warranty policy, or just simply be time to replace another new one.

< Turnaround Time >
  • Our typical turnaround time is 4-7 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you.
  • In some cases, we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than seven weeks.

< Returning Shipping >
  • Customers are responsible for shipping items to us.
  • Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery. CYCOP cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.
